Directions

Our offices are on the second floor of an historic 6-story brick building at 131 Oliver Street and are attached to the 125 High Street atrium. We overlook the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway, directly across from the Evelyn Moakley Bridge that leads to South Boston's Fort Point Channel and Seaport District. We are a 7-minute walk from South Station -- in the heart of the Financial District.

By Train
We're a 25-minute walk from North Station and 7-minute walk from South Station, both of which serve Amtrak, commuter rail and subway. For subway connections from North Station, take the Orange Line to State Street and walk east one block. Take a left on Kilby Street and walk 3 blocks, at which point Kilby becomes Oliver Street. 131 Oliver is the last building on the right before the Greenway. From South Station, we recommend that you either walk or take a taxi because of its proximity to our office.

Driving
We suggest that you get directions on your favorite map site but here are some of the basic routes:

  • From the North: Take I-93 South over the Zakim Bridge into the O'Neill Tunnel. Take the second exit (Exit 23 - Purchase Street). As the ramp emerges from the tunnel, get in the right lane and immediately take a sharp right onto Oliver Street. We are the 6-story red brick building on the left (131 Oliver).
  • From the South: Take I-93 North to Exit 20 (I-90W/Worcester/South Station). Take the exit on the left toward South Station/Chinatown. Turn right onto Kneeland Street. Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue. Keep left at the fork to go onto Seaport Boulevard. Continue on Seaport until it becomes Oliver Street. 131 Oliver is on the left.
  • From the West via the Mass Pike: Follow the Mass Pike to Exit 24A toward South Station. Keep left at the fork and merge onto Atlantic Avenue. Turn left onto Seaport Boulevard and continue on Seaport until it becomes Oliver Street. 131 Oliver is on the left.
  • From Storrow Drive: At its end, take I-93 South. Enter the O'Neill Tunnel and follow the "From the North" directions above.

Please call if you have any questions.

Parking
Least Expensive:
$12 all day at Northern Avenue/Fan Pier parking lots across the Moakley Bridge/Seaport Boulevard toward the South Boston Seaport area. These lots are a 7-9 minute walk to our office. There is also metered parking along Seaport Boulevard and Northern Avenue (15 minutes for a quarter; 2- or 4-hour maximum). Please note that parking enforcement is strict and tickets are issued if meters are refilled beyond the maximum time limit allowed.

Closest:
