In order to offer our clients the most appropriate opportunities, access to the website is limited to retained search firms, venture capital firms, and corporate human resources executives conducting senior-level searches.

You are welcome to submit senior level positions for review by our clients. We can also make candidate suggestions without posting the position. Please email job specifications to cburday@newdirections.com. Emailing the opportunity is the quickest way to submit an opportunity. Also if you believe you have a one-time need, this is more efficient than requesting a password.
